DIO
Part 3: Stardust Crusaders
RELATIONSHIP
A manipulative, intelligent, resourceful (but also incredibly gross) vampire who won't leave his family alone and heavily breathes at them from the shadows. Though Jotaro has been informed of DIO's ultimate defeat, the fact he remains a very real threat still looms, and though Jotaro would like nothing more than to settle their fight once and for all, it is a strange combination of Haven's circumstances, Kakyoin's insistence, and the lack of an effective counter measure against The World that keeps Jotaro (begrudgingly) at bay. All this, on top of having fought alongside him in a recent event has left him particularly sore where DIO is concerned. He'd played right into the vampire's hands, and the mere idea aggravates him more than he'd like to admit.

Though armed with the knowledge of DIO's defeat, he will not allow himself to grow complacent, nor will he cease his attempts at gaining his own ability to stop time. Until then, Jotaro is content - for the moment - to simply keep an eye on him.
Kakyoin Noriaki
Part 3: Stardust Crusaders
RELATIONSHIP
Most likely Jotaro's first real friend. Despite their differences in personality and upbringing, Jotaro gets along reasonably well with Kakyoin. He's polite, very capable and reliable, but not overbearing. This quiet nature is something Jotaro appreciates, especially considering their... rowdier company (looking at you, Polnareff). He's grown quite comfortable around Kakyoin, and quite willing to initiate small talk and allow some of his more... personable quirks to show through.

Perhaps lending to his positive view on Kakyoin is his ability to read between the lines. There is a lot that Jotaro keeps to himself, a lot that remains unspoken, and as a result, his intentions can often be misread. With Kakyoin, this isn't much of a concern, and while it isn't as though this level of understanding is exclusive to them, it's something Jotaro's come to rely on all the same.
Joseph Joestar
Part 3: Stardust Crusaders
RELATIONSHIP
His grandfather. He is loud, boisterous for a man pushing 70, and has a habit of overdramatising everything. Their relationship prior to his Stand manifesting, and their subsequent arrival in Haven is certainly not as strong as it is now, having met face to face only a handful of times, but there is a particular sense of duty he feels he owes to his grandmother in New York, and this has since morphed into something a little more genuine. Their mutual love and concern for Holly is what brought them together, and that, if nothing else is something Jotaro respects.

That respect however, is something that's taken a bit of a hit with Caesar's return. For all the concern Jotaro feels in seeing Joseph in this sad state, there is resentment in equal measure. He understands why Joseph feels the way he does, but he admittedly hates the way he's lost sight of everything else.
Higashikata Josuke
Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable
RELATIONSHIP
His mouthy, gutsy uncle who possesses enough testicular fortitude to actually snap back to Jotaro's face. He has mixed feelings about Josuke; on one hand, he is incredibly strong, likely on par with Jotaro himself, and has proven himself to be capable when the situation calls for it, but on the other, he has a hair trigger temper, literally, as it would occur, and has no qualms with speaking his mind.

Though a very helpful ally, he isn't someone Jotaro will voluntarily turn to for company, or even in a pinch; Crazy Diamond's ability is invaluable, but he doesn't want to rely on it........ or give Josuke the satisfaction. Whether this changes in the future remains to be seen.
Jolyne Kujo
Part 6: Stone Ocean
RELATIONSHIP
A brat of a daughter who needs to learn to keep it in her pants. There is a lot that Jotaro doesn't approve of in Jolyne both as a woman, and as his "daughter", the latter of which he still only marginally accepts as fact. He doesn't acknowledge himself as her father (though he's attempted control over her before), but she doesn't either, so no harm, no foul. He has deemed his current self as completely separate from the Jotaro that she's comes to know, only going as far as accepting that his future self likely had his own reasons.

But beyond this, she certainly possesses the will of the Joestars, and is certainly strong in her own right.... so.. you know, there's that.
Johnny Joestar
Part 7: Steel Ball Run
RELATIONSHIP
The single most insufferable handicapped being he's ever had the displeasure of meeting. The fact they share the same (abstract) bloodline, on top of the fact he lives with Jolyne is more fuel for the fire.

Whereas Josuke and Jolyne have a chance at getting along with Jotaro.... well enough, this will likely never be the case for Johnny. I'm sorry.........
Diego Brando
Part 7: Steel Ball Run
RELATIONSHIP
Supposedly a Brando, but beyond personality problems, he isn't much of a threat. Quite willing to plot against the real DIO, but his usefulness is something Jotaro has yet to see for himself. Beyond that, Jotaro doesn't particularly feel one way or the other about Diego. That's probably as good as it gets.
Shatterstar
Marvel Comics
RELATIONSHIP
They've only spoken a small number of times, but Jotaro likes Shatterstar well enough. He is a good source of information, but not laid back enough to overstep any boundaries....for now. Apparently a pretty good fighter, and always up for a spar. Interested in Star's origin.
Bayonetta
Bayonetta
RELATIONSHIP
A witch, and extremely confident in her appearance and demeanour. Her overt behaviour is something that gives Jotaro pause, and though his first instinct is to protect her as a woman (as per old school chivalry), he's come to realise she is more than capable of taking care of herself.

Provided she isn't being too familiar with him, Jotaro is willing to tolerate her. Also his name is not Joe knock it off!!!!!
Sumeragi Kururu
Air Gear
RELATIONSHIP
Pure and innocent to a fault. It isn't that Jotaro doesn't like her, it's more that he can only handle so much of her at any given time before he has to excuse himself, and save them both a little grief. Him, so he can cool off, and her, so she can avoid getting yelled at unnecessarily. He knows she's extremely well intentioned, and very courteous and understanding to boot, but she has airheaded tendencies, and it's this that makes Jotaro wary of her whenever they're in the same room. It's also true however, that he does tend to keep an eye on her and her surroundings. Just in case things get broken.
Minegishi Kazuya
SMT: Devil Survivor
RELATIONSHIP
His opinion of Kazuya constantly flip flops. He doesn't like the way Kazuya is so willing to let things be, to only look after himself, to cut himself off from everyone else, but Jotaro feels like there's a very solid reason for that. Apparently, that reason is that Kazuya's body houses a bigass fucking demon.

But after the event, and then his brief disappearance, Kazuya seems to have levelled out somewhat. Jotaro still thinks his world makes no sense, but at least he feels a little more positively about Kazuya as a person.
Cheza
Wolf's Rain
RELATIONSHIP
Not human, and despite her unsettling appearance, and rather surreal countenance, her presence is strangely calming. She speaks in completely unnecessary riddles and refers to herself as an object rather than a person, but that's likely her worst offence. Very simplistic, almost to the point of innocence, but given she isn't human, Jotaro is willing to let it slide.

Good company if he ever feels like being around another person without the expectation of a real conversation.
